"I seriously can’t say enough good things about this team - specifically Brian, Michelle, Charlene, and Torie! I’ve been using them for my insurance for the past few years, and they have ALWAYS been so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful anytime I’ve needed them.

I originally just had an auto policy with them, but I recently had to get renter’s insurance for the first time and, honestly, I was STRESSED when I called because I had no idea what I was doing. Torie was so incredibly helpful and made the whole process way easier and quicker than I expected. She answered all of my questions, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and even went over different ways my spouse and I could bundle things and save money.

That’s one of my favorite things about this team. They’re always willing to let you know what your options are and help you find ways to save, but you never feel like you’re being pressured into something just so they can make more money. They actually take the time to help you understand what you’re getting and what makes the most sense for you. And the best part? You never have to go out of your way to ask - they just make you aware on their own accord.

I recommend them to my friends all the time, and I honestly don’t see myself ever switching insurance companies. They’re just genuinely good people who treat you like an actual person instead of a number or a dollar sign, and that means SO much to me.
